Challenge and solution:
In an online shop, it is particularly important to provide the user with a smooth shopping experience. For this, a simple product search, product selection and ultimately a convenient purchase and payment process are essential. This optimal user flow is created by a clear navigation structure and a simple design, so that the user moves effortlessly from product selection to final purchase. Clear calls to action, intuitive interaction options and an optimal ordering process create the best possible usability, the user’s bounce rate is kept as low as possible and the conversion rate is increased. The user-centred approach generates more traffic on the website and more purchases and enquiries.
